Beneath the Smiles and Sarcasm: October 2010

This blog is an outlet for a slightly crazy mom of a 12 year old boy with Early Onset BiPolar Disorder. And when I say slightly crazy, I mean just shy of super crazy, all on account of being a very well managed BiPolaree myself.

It took me 26 years to finally be properly diagnosed and I thank God every day for giving me the eyes to see my son had a problem as well. I have hope that by catching this early and working on the proper treatment now, he will enjoy his life a great deal more than I did mine before my diagnosis.
